What happens next

  • Opt-outs (do not sell or share, stop contacting me) need no verification. We act on them as soon as possible and within 15 business days at the latest.
  • Access, correction and deletion: we confirm within 10 business days, may call, text or email you to verify your identity, and answer within 45 days.
  • Deletion also covers partner agencies: we ask any partner agency that received your information to delete it. We may keep records the law requires, such as proof of consent and your opt-out itself.
  • Authorized agents can make a request for you. We will ask for your signed permission and may ask you to confirm your identity with us.
  • We will not treat you differently for making a request. If we decline it, we will tell you why and how to appeal.
